Returns & Exchanges

At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect scent; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been significantly used or damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Package Your Fragrance

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original box and outer packaging to prevent breakage during transit, then attach the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
